Dasya is a gift of Fr Dr Antonio Rodrigues CSsR to the Redemptorists. It is situated at Porvorim, behind JMJ hospital. It is an adjacent property of the Redemptorist community of Porvorim.

WHAT: Towards Integral Holiness - God, Self and Others
This is expressed in a three-fold "H" in an atmosphere of prayer, serenity and nature. Heal the Earth through environmental initiatives Heal Persons and Society through reflection, counselling and social action Hope for the Youth through motivation and life-skills
WHO: Persons of all Faiths, and even Without a Professed Faith
HOW: Through Programs and Events: Conducted or hosted. Retreats, Recollections, Talks, Seminars, Workshops, Community Market, Organic Garden, Life Skill programs, Inter-religious Dialogue.

FACILITIES
Retreat House Chapel: The chapel is a place of solace where people experience serenity and peace, meaningfulness and healing.
Open Air Hall: Dasya has an open-air hall which has brought in a lot of good vibes for the place because of its ambience and setting. Thanks to the generosity of Mr. Timothy Pereira from Chinchinim.
Rooms: Many people come from near and far for retreats, recollections other spiritual and social gatherings. Dasya has rooms to accommodate about 30 people.
Conference Hall: The conference hall of Dasya is ideal for conferences, seminars, workshops and other meetings. It can accommodate 50+ people.
Garden: The colourful garden is one of the attractions of the place and as one enters the campus, it welcomes and refreshes the visitors.

DASYA: A PLATFORM FOR VARIOUS MINISTRIES
The weekend Retreats during Lent: Every Lent people from near and far attend the weekend retreats and experience the presence of God and feel rejuvenated.
Seniors Club Merryatrics: A programme to the keep the seniors connected, especially the ones who stay alone. They meet every month to learn new skills for their present stage of life, for fellowship and for a bit of community fun.
Roots n Wings: 'Roots n Wings' is a programme initiated at Dasya to reach out to teens and youth. In this program, the focus is on the foundational gospel values (the roots). Here the necessary skills for life (wings) are also offered. This program, like all other events at Dasya, is conducted with the help of a team consisting of retired experienced professionals and enthusiastic youth.
The Community Market: A platform for an inclusive local community - irrespective of caste or creed, language or culture - to showcase their talent, to interact and to build bridges among people professing different faiths and no faith.
Red Rock Greens - The Organic Garden: At Dasya one seen a desert blossom into a productive flourishing garden, full of vegetables and fruit trees, with the Unique Selling Point being Organic and at very economic price.
